Consultation
The first stage towards transforming your home with Hilda’s’ is to book a consultation. This consultation consists of a 1 hour visit to your home which allows our interior designer to get acquainted with you and your family and the intended space you plan to work on. It allows us to learn more about you, your taste, preferences and expectations through this journey.

Follow up consultation
The follow-up consultation reviews discussion points from the initial consultation and our interior designer presents a mood board. The mood board is a well-researched visual presentation consisting of our designers’ ideas around a final design style that would work for your home based on your previous input. This presentation provides images, samples (where available), design concepts that speak to the client’s preferences and resonate with them. with you and your family and the intended space you plan to work on. It allows us to learn more about you, your taste, preferences and expectations through this journey.

Commencement
Once you are happy with the mood board, and you feel comfortable to move ahead, the next step is to sign a contract that which protects the mutual interests of both parties. We agree on aspects such as the economics, a project timeframe, procurement, privacy and incidentals all suitable to the client.

Project Completion
At the end of our transformational project and your home has blossomed into the space you envisioned we provide guidance for maintaining the end result. Where necessary we are happy to step in with a maintenance plan should you wish.
